So happy. It was easy to apply. I applied 2 coats. 5 litres did our workshop space with 1/3rd bottle left. Workshop space 23ft x 10ft. The floor has been in heavy daily use for the last 6 weeks - no dust!

Once the garage floor had all loose debris removed, important, follow the instructions and apply on a day where the air temperature 10plus, as mine was in my garage easy to comply. Thoroughly stirred the product with a paint stirrer attached to my drill and on slow speed, other wise technicolour yawn - was easy to apply with a roller and and extended handle. Took 4 hours to dry. The already noticeable finish sealed the rough concrete surface and no more dust!. I did apply liberally and used the whole container. I have now finished the floor with their grey floor paint, yes it does take time, but do the job once. I gave 24 hours for the sealer to fully cure and their grey floor paint 48 hours, and gave a 2nd coat 5 days later. No tacky residue or sticky feel, dry and now have a easy clean, sealed concrete dust free floor. I do highly recommend this product.

So we've just purchased a new build house and thought while the garage is semi empty it would be worth while prepping it before it turns into a dust mine! Safe to say it was already a dust mine!Application is easy but preparation takes the time!Sweep the walls - otherwise bits fall and stick in the sealantSweep the floorMop the floor - typical floor cleaner is good!Let it dryAnd repeat - just to make sure :)I sealed 2 bricks up and then the floor - it certainly needs 2 coats before thinking of applying.Don't do what I did and try to go over it too soon (I thought a day was enough but it realistically takes 2) otherwise you stand on it and pull it up! Then you have the issue of cutting it out and patching!Plodding away and taking my time it was down within the week, (bearing in mind the weather was about 12 degrees) I had to do the floor in 2 stages the back of it then the front.Overall impressed and made the grey floor paint I purchased take to it perfectly!

Very pleased with this product. Low viscsity made it easy to apply with a Garden Sprayer and it appears to have good penetration into the bare concreteOne of the main reasons for using is that it takes only 2 hrs to dry and made it very easy to apply a second coat the same dayThe second coat leaves a very attractive finish and this has eliminated the concretedust problem from the old floorWill have to see how it wears first impression very favourable

New garage completed December 2021. Decided I wanted to paint the garage floor but that appeared to involve leaving the floor unpainted for 6 months so in the end decided to try this sealant. Have given the floor a couple of coats and so far so good. It looks great and very easy to use. Polar were exceptional with their customer service as I had a few queries about drying time. The floor appears very dry after a few days - even though outdoor temperature is pretty cold at the moment. So planning on using the garage from the weekend. Am glad I decided to use sealant instead of paint as it looks great and chose Polar because of the good reviews and glad I did.

Applied to garage floor as per the instructions and left plenty of drying time. After a few drives in and out, the stuff started to come away in the areas of the turning front wheels. Expected it to be more hard wearing with better adhesive propoerties - perhaps I've done something wrong!
