how do you use the acrylic sheet board? use to press the clay to flat, or for rolling clay on it,

I use it to press the clay flat and to roll the clay into a ball. You can put the acrylic on top of the clay too and use the roller on top or just use the roller on the clay ontop of the acrylic but it will be hard to do it ontop of the acrylic since the acrylic piece is small.

Is the roller solid all the way through? Or does it have a hole in the middle?

There is no hole in the roller, it is a solid roller.

How do you get that paper off the acrylic sheet????

Just worked it off a little at a time.

Can the baking board be put in the oven?

The Acrylic Sheet Backing board is great for a flat clean surface to roll your clay onto. It should not go into the oven as it is plastic. The clay can go directly on a cookie sheet or with parchment paper.

Its a nice set

I like the roller and the spatula but the thing that confuses me is the board its suppose to be like glass but it has a covering and its sticky and i cant take it off...its like stuck on there. not sure if its suppose to come off or stay there. But overall its a nice little set

Brown paper is hard to get off

I found everything to be alright, it was just the brown paper that was on the glass slab piece to be so hard to get off! As well as my clay was sticking to everything but honestly that's just what clay does.

roller is great. board is pretty good, my problems are probably just with my clay because it is cheap. the scraper thing isn’t great but that’s not what most of us are looking for if we’re buying this product.

Polymer Clay Sticks to The Roller and the Board

I was doing great with this product, and then after using it for a day the polymer clay I was using started sticking to the roller and board. It has gotten so that now I cover my clay in wax paper to use the roller and don't even use the board at all. I tried used the scraper to scrape the clay off, but that didn't work well at all. I tried cleaning the clay off with alcohol, which sort of worked but I think it made the board and roller even more susceptible to sticking. Also it was really difficult to remove the paper cover from the board.

Great for durable and affordable products

This is a great purchase if you looking for something affordable! I use it for making polymer clay earrings and it works great for me! On the reviews I saw a lot of people saying the sheet was cardboard and not clear plastic but it actually is, they put a cardboard like sticker on each side so it wouldnt get damaged. So to everyone with a bit of concern about that I hope this review helps!!

Acrylic tools for clay

I’m using these tools to create my Fake Bake projects. As a crafter I’m very familiar with removing annoying stickers or labels off any item. My tip to anyone struggling to remove the protective layer is start to gently work your way on scraping a corner piece then use a blow dryer at the same time to continue to peel it off. Be patient for it does work once you get a piece unpeeled.
