It’s for balloons. I bought small balloons for my sons birthday because I’m poor then bought this for 36 dollars and it made the balloons huge!!

Does this create white particles in your hair like other hairsprays?

No there are no white particles, just some added volume to the hair

Does this work on short hair without making it dull? Is it a really dry spray?
