Good for pregnancy
Really helps me during my third trimester. I have pelvic girdle pain and this instantly helped relive it with gentle exercises on the ball. Material is sturdy and easy to inflate.

Best for labour
Loved using this ball in pregnancy to help with baby positioning and stretching, but it mostly came in handy during my actual labour when sitting on the couch was too uncomfortable, the ball provided a lot of comfort and pain relief and helped me to stay upright and mobile. It’s an absolute must have and this was a great quality too as I’m 5’8 and it supported my pregnant size 14 body fine.

Great ball!
Bought this for pregnancy to help with sciatic pain and it’s actually so comfy to sit on instead of a chair. Blew up really easy with a hand pump. Great quality.

Strong but small
This does come up small as other reviews have said. BUT it’s super strong and has taken so much of my pain away - cba returning for correct size so keeping and enjoying.

It's a yes
I really like this pregnancy ball. It comes in a nice colour and is suited to your height. I bought the 75cm one, and I must admit it's very big. It took a while to pump it up (and no, we didn't use the provided air pump - I don't think we ever could with it!). However, it's very comfortable and motivates me to do my exercises daily.
