Update: It still works but I have recently switched out microphones. My new microphone is heavier and that caused some issues. Immediately after switching out the microphone holder the weight from the new holder and microphone caused the silver metal piece that holds the microphone holder to collapse over. It moved back and forth so easily. My inner Mr. Fix-It wanted to know if the bolt that holds the silver piece into to place could be tightened or if it was designed to swivel. I used two pliers one to hold the screw in place and the other to tighten the hex nut. After doing that I noticed that product could support heavier microphones without issues. You may just have to tighten it up a bit before hand.I hope this review has helped you. If so say so below. Thank you............................Original Review:It works. No complaints at all here. I do not think it is designed to hold heavy bulky mics but for smaller ones or light ones it works just fine. The desk mount and adjustment/swivel of the arm are not that great but it will work for a beginner streamer setup.

For those of you having issues connecting your Blue Yeti microphone or that it doesn't come with the screw adapter... it does and it took me a couple minutes to figure it out before I went and got one. It's screwed in the microphone holder and you have to screw it out, and there you go!

The arm has full range of motion and can be positioned in many different ways and can support a Blue Snowball easily.I've had it for months now and its done me well. Feels a little cheap but its whats expected.

I needed this thing to, well, be a boom arm for my mic; and it does that. Looks nice, Springs and other things keep it still in place, and is easy to move around, and place mostly everywhere. Buy this thing guys!

The boom arm didn’t come with a 3/8” to 5/8” Screw adapter so it could be compatible for a blue yeti in the second photo I tried unscrewing it hoping it would work like that but I had lots of doubt and of course didn’t work at all, box didn’t have any instructions at all. Now I will be needing to purchase a 3/8” to 5/8” Screw adapter since it didn’t have come with one even though it is advertised that it does.

I love this thing! I use it for my Blu Snowball and it works great!! I’ve heard people complain that after a while their stand won’t stay where you position it so I was nervous especially with the low price of this one, but I’ve had it for a good year and it’s still stays where I position it no problem. Looks great and functions perfectly.

In the product photo, the hinge assembly connecting the upper and lower arms has two "rabbit ears" that stick up, which the upper springs are hooked onto. The one I received, OTOH, didn't have these rabbit ears - instead, the springs are just attached to the bolts on the hinge itself. Since the one with the rabbit ears holds the spring at a sharper angle relative to the upper arm, it probably has more strength to stay in position without sagging when a heavy mic is used. That's the reason I decided to buy this. For the price, I probably won't bother returning it, but I might need to use rubber bands or bungee cords to reinforce the springs like I did with a previous one.

The arm is sturdy and well built. It holds my yeti microphone and audiophonics shock mount with no problems. The base is a little loose and changing the position of the mic is harder to judge because of this. Overall the mic stand works great.

Es de buen material pero es muy brumoso y no se puede adaptar a cualquier borde.
