Not Temperature Limiting - Make Sure You Account for Max Heated Temperature!
If you want to limit the maximum temperature, these will not (no adjustment). They will heat to the rated temperature. I was using to heat air coming into an analyzer. However, the devices will produce a slight degradation smoke that is enough in my case to throw off the readings in my application.Probably good for heating anything that will hold up to the maximum temperature. These are essentially raw heating elements, and should be used accordingly.

Voltage identification
These work good. Did not see a UL listing on these. Or a voltage rating marked on the unit or even the packaging.

Thermostatic is accurate.
I bought these because I wanted to create a small thermostatic heating chamber. I have done some testing and they seem to cap out closer to 390°. I have yet to test a situation where I create a conduit to direct the heat and a form of insulation to keep the heat from escaping my desired area.Slightly unfortunate that it requires a separate power source that's not included. I was able to find the appropriate things to make it so I could plug it into a USB
