Lovely taste
This is the first time I've bought rapadura sugar and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not quite as sweet as refined sugar and has a slightly different taste, but it's worth it, knowing that this is a much healthier product. I've not tried it in baking so not sure how it will affect recipes l, but everything else I've tried it in has been delicious!

It doesn’t take like any other sugar I’ve tried it’s unpleasant
Kinda surprised how unpleasant this sugar is it’s almost as if it’s not meant for coffee maybe it’s going to be better for baking with. The smell is rather sweet but once in coffee it completely changes and takes over and is mkt sweet , I decided to go down the organic. Coconut sugar and it’s been a good decision

Proper sugar (like gurr)
If you know sugar cane sugar made straight from a field then this smells just like it and tastes just like it. Think its legit!

Surgar cane in a spoon
As a person whom likes to drink freshly extracted sugar cane juice, this mixes to a very close approximation, need to resist the urge to self induce type 2 diabetes upon myself.Catch it at the right price, as it varies a lot, for some wholesome sugar for everyday use such as making cakes, etc rather than diabetes.
