It worked perfectly on my Hackintosh. Be careful if you use Windows, it's not plug and play
Don't forget to plug the power connector (9 pins) in the front USB in your Motherboard. In the Windows, it's not Plug and Play. You need to download a driver and install. Just search it up for Fenvi BCM94360 driver. In my Hackintosh, everything works flawlessly, however, if you use Sonoma, it doesn't detect. You need to do some further steps to activate then, of course, you need to map in your USB to get the Bluetooth active.

macOS plug and play Wifi+BT with AirDrop
This card installs easily into any motherboard PCIE slot and takes up one USB motherboard connection to enable bluetooth and 11ac Wifi on your Hackintosh (or a real Mac Pro if you can work out the USB portion for bluetooth.)It doesn't require any additional drivers for installation: connectivity and macOS wifi and AirDrop work immediately. This high level of compatibility is due to the card being based on the same chip that is used in many Mac production models: the Broadcom 94360 aka BCM4360. There are several variations of this chip ranging from 2 to 4 antennas but they're all compatible. I eventually got Handoff working with Mojave after some fine-tuning of kernel extensions. With its two antennas, your theoretical wifi connection rate is limited to 867 Mbps on 5GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, however in my experience the 3 or 4-antenna adapters don't really provide much more speed anyway in real-world use. If you're operating your Wifi-connected computer a room or two away from your Wifi access point and you get 200-300 Mbps of actual throughput (i.e. 20-30MB/sec) with any wifi adapter, you're getting great performance. This card connected easily to my home network and delivered a connection rate that matched my expectations.Overall, this card is an excellent value that's easy to install.

Plug and play, exactly as advertised
Super simple, plugged into my pcie on my machine and worked natively with MacOS, no setup necessary. I also didn't need to do any extra setup with apple ID after updating my hack to Monterey (which this card still works great on!), which is usually the case with updates. Would recommend!I also dual boot with windows and it works great! Note for people like me who have no CD drive: you can use apple's BCM94360CS2 drivers. You can get them either from booting up with your mac and there's a couple of ways to finagle downloading them, or you can just google "BCM94360CS2 drivers" and there's a couple of different resources to just download and install.

Wifi does not work. Maybe I got a bad card
The bluetooth is okay, but WiFi does not work. I've tried it in macOS and Windows 10. I even tried installing the drivers from their site, but no luck. I've wasted hours troubleshooting this thing. I think it's just a bad card. I will be returning it.

bluetooth and wifi for hackintosh
My hackintosh desktop can live without bluetooth and wifi, but it feels incomplete. This completes it. The package comes with some instruction but you totally don't need it. It is plug-and-play for hackintosh. Wifi is fast and stable. Airpods work fine over the bluetooth, but the range is surprisingly short. 10 feet away the connection is breaking up, while it works across multiple rooms for macbook and iphone. That is why I did not give it 5 star. But if your purpose of the bluetooth is for keyboard or magic mouse, I am sure it works fine within 10 feet.[update] Almost one year later, I am changing the rating to five-star. The bluetooth short range was due to a loose antenna screw. After tighten the BT antenna screw (the one on the right in picture 1, top in picture 2) , now the range is ~30 ft across a wall or two, tested with an Airpods pro.

if it does not work, plug it in another PCI slot
i almost returned it.At first only the Bluetooth worked, I read some reviews here. Someone else had the same issue and returned it. Turns out the motherboard had a setting to enable either m2 slot or PCIx1 and PCIx2. Something like that. I need the m2 as my disk is there, i moved it down and it works. Wifi and BT work as expected.I also read somewhere that you need to load a few Broadcam kext - that does not matter. I had them, but when i removed them everything still works so I got rid of them.BT works when you plug in the attached cable.WIFI works off power of the motherboard, so check your settings in BIOS and keep trying different slots. The product works. Not getting amazing speeds such as other USB dongles but it works.
