Useful if you want the set
But doesn’t provide loads more comfort. I still use a pillow when on hard floor for my knees but it is good for headstands

Thought thus was a Yoga mat, esp given the price! Sent it back

Great addition - provides extra support
Love this. Thicker than my Liform yoga mat and great for popping on top when I need extra support under my knees or elbows in certain positions. Easily rolls up with my Liform yoga mat and store both inside another, slightly larger yoga mat bag anyway as the one that comes with the normal Liform mat is a tight fit with just the mat in it!

Best yoga mat brand out there
I've had my mat for over three years, used it nearly everyday and its been the best thing I've bought for my practise. I bought the pad for additional support under my knees when I go to studio and it so portable! honestly wouldn't look at any other mats now.

I bought this to use with a really thin travel mat to give my wrists some extra padding. It’s brilliant and I use it every day now. It’s really grippy and loads of cushioning!

Worth the money
This is a great size for taking to the gym for practicing head stands or any work where your hands or arms are on the floor. Great bag to keep it in as well.
