Update: I'm on my 3rd day and after that incident, it works perfectly now. Although I'm not sure what caused it to not work that one time. But it's working great now.Not sure what the deal is. I followed the directions. Used only 100ml water in the tank on my first use and the mist came out great! It was running for about 4 hours until it shut off by itself. So I immediately loved it.Then I filled the tank all the way, added a pure essential oil to it. Now barely any mist comes out at all. I have kept it on for an hour and still barely any mist. Nothing like how it was on my first try. I rechecked the directions to make sure I wasn't missing anything, and I'm not. It does say in the pamphlet that the mist can change, but I mean it literally went from a strong mist to practically nothing. You have to put your face into it to see if it is even working.I bought this because of the size of the tank. If it only works using 100ml vs the 500ml. then what is the point? Very disappointed. I hope this is refundable.

This diffuser works so much better than the cheap ones we spent lots of money on through doTerra and Young Living. It’s big so it holds more and diffuses longer. You can choose how long you want it to run. And you can also choose whether or not to have the colored lights on. So glad I purchased this!

Set this up immediately because my last one died last week! Easy to set up & get running. Buttons are not hard to understand. Colors work & are bright. Quiet!!!I have ten drops of YL oil in there & still can not smell it. Asked family to make sure I hadn’t lost my sense of smell & my son came over & stuck his face in the mist to smell it. It’s on high mist & only filled half way with water. Hopefully the scent output picks up.My only negative & it’s big for us is that there is no locking feature on the lid. You fill & set the lid down & that's it. Mine is in the kitchen & the old one was bumped from time to time. Nothing serious, but I don’t want the lid to slide or fall off due to a bump.

What I like about this is you can fill it up quite full, add some scent (last night was lavender, tonight will be lemon), and turn it on high or low output. You can decide to have the light, which is very large, but feels restful to me when I use it. I heard about this brand in the NY Times, and I'm glad I gave it a try!

Love my diffuser. Generally turn it on at around 10 pm at night and fill it to the max fill with some oil drops. Smells so good, and it quietly does it’s work. I’ve been using it for quite some time and really love it but am so very confused about timing! I keep it on high, always. Sometimes it shuts off around 6 am, but generally around 11 am. That difference can be due to the amount I poured in. At this exact moment, it had been running since 10 pm last night and it is currently 9:30 pm the next day...I live alone so nobody has touched it. So crazy but also absolutely not an issue!

The media could not be loaded. The diffuser stays on almost all day. The auto shut off works well. I like the remote however there is no noticeable difference in the high/low mist. I wasn’t impressed with the essential oils. I had to use a lot just to smell the fragrances.

Sadly disappointed with this 500ml diffuser and I am returning. I've been using the URPOWER *150ml* Diffuser for a year. I love it but the small tank means it shuts off during the night (~5 hours on the steady must setting) so I ordered this larger 500ml model. The buttons are relatively easy to use but I had to use a flashlight to read them until I remembered which did what (light, mist on/timer, mist level). The two mist levels are almost identical and both levels are much lower than the smaller model. I could barely tell any mist was coming out. When the mist was turned on, it made a high pitched sound that caused me to just turn it off in the middle of the night. It wasn't a terribly loud sound but it was loud enough to hear despite wearing earbuds and listening to a podcast. Based on the water remaining when I turned it off, this would've lasted at least two nights. Ultimately the operating noise and low outout made this pointless for my nighttime use.

I purchased this diffuser for my living room. The scent can cover my whole living room. It is easy to use and it holds a large amount of water that can last for long periods of time. The color light is very nice and relaxing for everyone especially my kids. I love the you can control the mist intensity. Highly recommended
