I have been taking those for probably 15 years. Used to get them at Costco, but Amazon is actually cheaper. My eyes are EXTREMELY sensitive to light and sun. Could not even open the front door during the day without sunglasses, but not anymore since I have been taking those. Will continue for the rest of my life, obviously. And at 55, still don't need reading glasses. Your eyes will thank you.

I will not buy this again. I had to cut the bottle apart to get the pills out. They were all stuck together.

My eyes are damaged from MS and I was advised long ago to take a supplement for eye health. This vitamin is perfect. I previously always bought them at Costco but the price here is lower. They have a long expiration date and ship fast. This brand has a much higher dose of zeaxanthin and that’s more beneficial than lutein.
