I really loved this product. I have been looking at different pool side phone covers and pouches and this one is by far my favorite for a variety of reasons.1.) I love how easy it is to use the top buckles to secure it tight2.) The accessories are really great which includes a neck strap and an arm strap that are both very easy to put on and take off depending on what you want to use. I really like the arm pouch for running and getting in the hot tub. I like the neck strap for pool side use.3.) The earphone jack is my favorite feature because most other waterproof pouches do not include this but this pouch does and has come in VERY handy. SUPER AWESOME design.4.) The style of this pouch is really cool with an awesome black color.5.) I have tested this in the hot tub with my brand new phone and it seals great!6.) packaging was also really nice and high end.ALL in ALL I am very happy with this waterproof pouch and I highly recommend it!

After going on a whale watching trip and nearly dropping my phone into the sea a dozen times, I knew I needed something to ensure my phone's safety when I am near or on the water. I saw several of these cases in shops at twice the price but before I bought one I knew I would have to see what Amazon had to offer. I chose this case because it said it was waterproof vs. just water resistant. It also has a lanyard I can hang around my neck so if I drop my phone it won't hit the ground. I did the three minute waterproof test on the case with a paper towel inside. It came out absolutely dry. Perfect. Just what I needed. I now know that if somehow my phone ends up in the water, it stands a very good chance of coming out unscathed.

Worked as advertised. I used this for a week on a trip to Maui, and without user error my phone stayed in tact, water damage free and sand free. It was able to be used through the case, so I didn't have to keep opening and closing the case to take video or photos which was fantastic. It really was as great as I hoped it would be. Again, user error could damage the phone, so just be sure you don't need to be opening and closing the case while out in the sun, sand and water.

Hands down the worst product I have ever purchased.Tried the case without my phone in it and it seemed that there were no leaks. I put my phone in, submerged it again, and immediately the case had droplets of water leaking into it. When I went to rescue my phone, the latches on the case got stuck and I had to wedge it open with a screw driver. Now my phone has water damage and won't charge. I will be returning this piece of crap.

Worked great for me. Tested it with a napkin before I headed to the river and no water inside. So off to the river I went. Perfect for rafting on the river. Loved that it not only protected my phone, I was able to fit my car key in the pouch too. Also, I still able to use my phone and camera with no problem. Two thumbs up!

Wanted passport waterproof protection.............this case was listed as a waterproof bag (?) for phones and passports. In the first case, they were not bags and would not work for passports - especially taking them out for custom folks - too much trouble getting in/out. This whole description needs to be rewritten.

I have used this for a month now swimming 2 -3 times a week. It keeps my device totally dry. If I could change something I would like a better way to contain it while I swim. If it is on my arm the headphone cord to my ears get s tangled. The same thing when it is around my neck. I guess I need a big front pocket on my swim suit. or a strap to attach it to my chest maybe?The phone jack on the inside of the pouch sometimes gets in the way when I am sealing in the device, but I just move it. It works very well . It is the only way I have found to listen to my audio books that aren't allowed to be played on my other waterproof MP3

Took it on a trip to Mexico and used it a few different times in ocean and some senotes when we went in adventures.We did the water test with napkins first just to be safe.I also see a lot of people saying they had issues with their strap braking off. When I looked at it i couldn't feel comfortable trusting just the little string to keep my phone on so I personally tried it using the though part of the lanyard and it didn't give me any issues.
