Fit my jack perfectly. Replaced the crunched up plywood square I had placed there years ago. This is solid rubber with two slots for pinch weld rail lift points, typical on shoe box construction cars (modern frameless cars). Wonderful item.

I purchased this pad for my Pittsburg (Harbor Freight) 3-Ton aluminum floor jack #62248 and it fit perfectly as shown in the pictures. It appears to be of good quality and there is no slippage as others have mentioned. I don't use this in a commercial shop, only occasionally in my home garage so as far as durability goes, I can't speak to how well it will hold up with constant use but it suits my purposes just fine.Others have mentioned it had a very pungent odor when opened and needs to be aired out. I expected to have to leave it outside for weeks but that wasn't true with the one I received. It smelled a bit like rubber (because it is) but nothing overly offensive. I suppose if you were expecting to have bouquets and butterflies pop out of the bag your sniffer might be offended.All in all, its a rubber jack pad that works as it should. Put your big boy pants on and get it.
