They work. But fit is a little hard to get right, as they want to stick to the floor and come off.

Good product

Refinishing our old patio set and having to replace all it's hardware pieces. My patio table legs measure 1-11/16 × 9/16 and I had the hardest time finding anything to fit these measurements. I bought these as well as two others that were similar shape but a hard pvc plastic and thought I'd see which one would fit best. Both hard pvc were so stiff and didn't even fit over the end even though, according to their measurements, they were supposed to. These have a little more flexibility to them and were basically a PERFECT fit even though the measurements listed were not quite a match. I think because of the flexibility they were able to mold better to the shape of the table ends. Easily fit over and made sure they were on snug with a few mallet taps. They are not completely tight as you may be able to see in the pictures and will probably let water in, so I will do as some people suggested and try adding a little hot glue to seal the rim. Some people have suggested a heat gun might shrink them a bit to the leg as well. Not sure about longevity other than people have reviewed that their's has lasted. If anything, they will be inexpensive and easy to replace and order again if needed. Definitely recommend. Our patio set is looking brand new and will no longer scratch our deck.
