While I will never attribute results to one individual supplement, I can say that I've noticed a difference in my strength and overall look since I started taking Boron. The weight on all of my workouts has increased, I feel like I have better workouts overall, and definitely see more muscle definition. Again, I take other supplements with it, like Tongkat Ali, and have a high protein diet. But combined, assuming you know your numbers, I believe these supplements really do make a difference.

Can't rate fairly - I used on advice of medical provider, but had to stop because of an adverse side effect.

There are alternatives that might be cheaper but these are in a convenient form and not so costly so I usually always have them on hand for detoxing

Learned that this helps harness the free testosterone. Definitely can tell the difference. I take it one a day in the morning.

I keep track of assorted minerals by doing HTMA’s periodically. I was low in boron in the past, and I’m at an age where bone health becomes more important. I’ve also read that boron may help with testosterone levels, but the research is not so slam dunk, but keeping that hormone up has important implications with aging such as for cardiovascular health. My most recent HTMA shows that my boron level is now normal. I’ve taken other supplements over the years, such as omega-3, where after using them for a year my blood tests did not show an improvement. So, having evidence that the supplement is being absorbed and getting up to where it belongs is a bigger issue than it may seem.
