Probably the best training aid I've seen and used
I've always suffered with the take away (too quick), the overswing (way too much) and the tempo/rhythm. I can't play at the moment because of a thigh injury so I decided to get this and sort out my swing. The shaft is very soft and makes my own shafts feel like XS. However, if you don't get things right you get instant feedback and the ball goes straight right. After a few of these you start to work out what is causing the problem and, suddenly, the ball goes straight and long. I smoothed out my takeaway, stopped overswinging and worked out my tempo pretty quickly. There are great videos on You Tube so watch them and see which apply to you. Secondly, take your own 7 iron and a wedge to the range when practising. Hit 5 good shots with the G Force and then use your own 7 iron. It feels really stiff at first and you will hit 2 or 3 bad shots. However, think what you were doing with the G Force, apply it to your own 7 iron and, lo and behold, you will see long, straight shots appear. Hit 3 or 4 of these then go back to the G Force and reinforce what you have been working on. Very quickly I improved my rhythm/tempo and ball striking. I use the wedge to make sure I don't get into a rut using the 7 iron and apply the same principles with the wedge, smoothing out takeaway and rhythm. It is by far the best training club I've ever had. It's a bit like wrestling a live snake at first, the shaft is so soft but it really does work.

Best club in my bag
This club in now the star of my bag. I have been struggling to consistently deliver the club to the ball properly to achieve compression and a consistent shot shape. After 20 swings with this incredible club I got the right feeling for well compressed shots and I started hitting monster shots with my regular club. I also started to have laser accuracy with my regular club. I can't wait to get some more practice sessions in to make these shots muscle memory.Another benefit for me is that this club is super gentle on your body when you mishit. I hit hard and mishit often, and as a result I've been struggling for a few months with wrist pains due to all the horrible shots I've been subjecting them to. Using this club allowed me to have the first training session in a long time from which I left with the feeling I can probably hit another 100 balls and not spend 3 weeks in recovery after that. Finally, this club put the nail in the coffin of club fittings and expensive shafts for me. I always had a gut feeling it's a scam. Jack Nicklaus said 95% of us don't need such things, and now that I tried this club with super flexible shaft I am convinced he is right. Club fitting matters way less than people working in the golf industry tell us. On my best shot I hit this 7 iron 185 yards (carry). Accuracy is not great, but it's ok once you swing it properly. I wouldn't mind playing a round of golf with a full set of these clubs. So I would recommend to any mid-high handicapper (maybe even low handicapper) that thinks they need 'better' clubs to improve their game, to grab this one instead, along with a copy of Jack Nicklaus's 'Golf My Way', and to hit the practice greens as often as they can afford to. If pro shops sold this club to beginners instead of expensive club fittings they'd be out of business.

Gforce flexible training aid club
Tried it out on the golf range in Northolt and surprisingly I had a cracking connection on the first stroke but that was beginner’s luck! It was a challenge to ensure a good square connection with the ball but after a while it started to get better. I think it’s worth investing in certainly as a high handicapper like me who is looking for that consistent strike.

Helps set the swing tempo
Not especially different from other swing aids in what it helps with but the selling point is it is a club. I did hit balls on day one but now just use it as a garden warm up hitting heads off weeds, to get a tempo grooved.

Astonishing training aid
I think this is the first Amazon review I’ve ever written, because I tend to think there isn’t much point, which is a bit hypocritical of me because I usually make my purchasing decisions based on reviews. However, after using this training aid, I felt like I had to write one.It really is just a 7-iron with a very flexible shaft, however the effect it has had on my swing is incredible. I thought I was a half-decent golfer until I tried to use this club. My first half dozen swings or so at the driving range were a mixture of tops, shanks, and complete air shots, however when I finally timed a swing well enough to make solid contact and see the ball fly high and straight, it was extremely satisfying. It also made me realise that my swing isn’t very good.I haven’t had many lessons in my 5 years playing golf but I’ve read enough books and watched enough videos to have a fair idea of what a ‘good’ swing is meant to look like. However, what books and videos and even pros can’t teach you is how a good swing feels. This club does that. All of the swing positions that I’ve struggled to get my body into suddenly were possible with this club, simply because it forced me to swing with a rhythm and tempo that encouraged the correct sequence.Don’t get me wrong, it’s very tricky to be consistent with this club (to begin with anyway), but I’m so excited to continue using it and for the season ahead. I’m a 35-year-old mid-handicapper but suddenly I feel like single figures are within my grasp. I struggle with weak slices but when you swing this club correctly, I’ve found I just can’t slice it.I couldn’t recommend it more highly. I’m planning to get the driver as well in the near future and expect it to have the same impact.

Excellent training tool
Having used this a few times on the range its a great tool, being a 5 handicap i'm always looking for game improvements and this is probably the most important, it really helps with your tempo and rhythm. The videos are great explaining what you need to do and explains why the ball goes right or left and how to counter that, i would recommend this to all golfers and its the most best training aid you'll have. Ill update my review in a few months again but so far so good.
