Makes great pizzelli
I love this mix for making pizzellis. I have the double pizzelli maker you can get on Amazon. Recipe is 11/3 cup mix, 5oz water. Mix until smooth. Preheat cooker, laddle about 1 to 1.5 tlb batter in center of iron, close lid and cook 2.45 minutes or til golden brown. Quickly remove to a cookie cooling rack. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate or almond bark or butterscotch chips over top. You will know how much batter to use as you cook them. Optional add flavorings to batter. Yum

Easy To Use And Tastes Very Good
Simple to mix and use. I started with a thick batter and kept thinning it until the waffle was the correct thickness. In the end it was a fairly thin batter. The result tasted just like a waffle cone. This was so much easier than mixing 7 ingredients as the recipe with my waffle cup maker called for.

Perfect waffle cones!!!!
I can't say enough on how much we LOVE this stuff. It makes PERFECT waffle cones like you used to get at the state fair! It is a big box and although it only has instructions to make either the whole box or half the box, all you have to do is take out a cup full add water to desired consistency and throw it on the waffle iron :) increase the amount according to how many you want to make. The nice thing is, thick, thin, it's delicious no matter what and you will learn what YOU love!

This one is a NO NO!!!
Extremely sweet and smelly for me. Personally, I did not liked at all. I tossed the entire box in less than 10 minutes after open it. I just made some waffle cone from scratch. But I have to say their pancake mix is excellent (you can buy it without any problem), I always buy it for my home and it is very fluffy and airy, in fact nothing compared to the quality of this product.
