Kids like this learn to draw book

My grandkids loved this book. They come over and go right to it every time. For only being 4 to 7 years old, this is the go to for all of them.

I bought this as a present for my goddaughter who is on the spectrum and is gifted at drawing. She immediately set to work on it, and really enjoyed copying the faces and expressions. She then proceeded to draw freehand some of the facial shapes and put expressions on them. People on the spectrum sometimes have difficulty understanding facial expressions, but this was great practice for her to understand them, as well as how to draw them.

This is a great gift for kids! The book is nice and enjoyable for a child artist.

Listen, I'll be blunt with you all. This book has good instructions but it sure will not have you being the next sketch artist for your local police department. You pull out some of these drawings and some poor schmuck walking down the street will get yanked up and put in the clanky clank for the weekend for something he didn't do. And we all know how well that goes over these days, careful or you'll end up the target of another protest and looting spree. But yes, my 10 and 6 year old love drawing cartoons and this book is perfect for that!

A good book and easy to understand.

We’ve tried a few drawing books, but Peter Pauper Press always does it best. This guide breaks down facial features into manageable shapes that don't feel intimidating. It’s perfect for ages 6-10, though even as an adult, I found the tips helpful! It makes a lovely gift for any creative kid

Great book to help draw faces. Not difficult and suit lots of ages.
