Great chelated iron! It works really well—I start feeling the results about two weeks after taking it. It’s easy on the stomach, and you can even take it on an empty stomach. I always buy this one. Absolutely love this product. This iron pill is easy to take, and no constipation. Constipation is side effect of many iron supplements. I had to take iron supplements after having my hips replaced. Unfortunate, I did not know about this product and I suffered through the constipation. I encourage others with low iron to try this product. I have not had blood work done since starting this product. I feel as if my iron level has increased. I am experiencing less of the typical signs of low iron
