Looks great worth the price and easy assembly
If you’ve been looking for a couch like this and don’t want to spend 1,000 this is a great alternative, I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s still going strong, it is firm like reviews mention but it is still comfortable, it fits and looks great in my small apartment and I love the storage chaise for all my blankets I have a queen comforter and atleast 3 thick throws stored in there so lots of space. If you plan on sleeping on the couch long term a memory foam mattress pad would probably be a good idea just for added comfort. Like I mentioned above if you’re looking for a alternative to the more expensive couches similar to this it is a great purchase, a lot more firm than one you would splurge on but you definitely get your moneys worth and I personally love it. Shipping was 3 boxes and came earlier than expected, took us about an hour to put together the most assembly you’ll do is the legs the rest of it is connected by metal connectors it’s pretty easy and could of been done by one person, as someone who contemplated this couch for awhile I totally recommend it.

Decent for the money but uncomfortable for long term use.
I was nervous to purchase this due to mixed reviews on this couch, but I’m so pleasantly surprised. I was expecting the couch to take forever to put together, but it took a total of 40 minutes to assemble. Granted we didn’t use the allen wrenches that came with, but opted for the power tools. I have 4 cats and a dog, so it was important for me to have my cushions covered for easy cleaning, and I found some great ones on Amazon as well. Super easy pull out bed feature, which works great in my house for a couch extender for all of my critters. The material doesn’t seem to cling and hold hair either, so it should be great to vacuum. All 3 of the boxes arrived in the same day. No issues with shipping and handling. The worst part was trying to move the super heavy boxes. The two big boxes were about 85 lbs each, but that’s just a personal problem because I don’t have a lot of muscle. All parts were there with one extra screw! Worth the $400 I spent on it. I’m also super happy with how much space is in the storage chaise. I will update if the couch doesn’t hold up. It’s only been put together for a few days now, but so far, so great!! About a month and a half in - still holding up great. The cats love to go under the bed part of the couch, so do a critter check before you close! 🤣😁 The material is holding up, even with a kitten occasionally scratching on the fabric. Still highly recommend the cushion covers and the only way to make the couch comfy is with some memory foam or a mattress topper over it. I have doubled up 3 inch memory foam on it, and it’s quite comfy for sleeping on. Will update again as time goes on. Update - about 16 months since purchasing - this couch is NOT comfortable. You get what you pay for. Even with memory foam over top, it’s still horribly uncomfortable. In my opinion it’s only practice to have a drunk friend sleep on for the night. I don’t want to remove any more stars because it was only $400 and has held up with our barnyard of animals, but not comfortable for every day use.

In Love With It
I enjoy having lots of space in my room and fell in love with the idea of switching to this and getting rid of the traditional bed. It came in three boxes that were pretty heavy but for my 5'1 self I was still able to lift and move everything around myself. The instructions are very clear and easy and I was able to set it up in about an hour maybe a little more. The other reviews arent wrong, it is a little stiff but surprisingly I've found that I love it a little stiff. Im still able to sit on it for hours on end comfortably and when I go to bed Im out like a light. One of the best decisions Ive ever made and its really not too much trouble to put away all my pillows and blanket after waking up in the morning. The process only takes a minute, maybe less. It is a bit smaller than my old full bed but is still slightly bigger than a twin. My boyfriend and I can still lay on it comfortably together. Overall, I love it and would highly recommend for someone who enjoys having extra space like I do or even for people looking for guest room alternative.

Sturdy, small, hard
Decent for the price. Small, but that's in the product description (if you buy a piece of furniture and aren't looking at the provided measurements...I don't know what to tell you). The one major flaw is...it is not comfortable. It's like a kitchen chair with a thin cushion that just happens to seat 2-3 people. And the fold-out part is probably more for extra leg room than to be used as a bed; I've been trying, but between arthritis and this couch, it is costing me nightly. An army cot would be a more comfortable sleeping option. If you are like the average U.S. citizen and want to sink into a pillowy nest while you watch t.v. or whatever, look elsewhere. This thing is beyond firm. It's wood and metal with some coarse fabric stretched over it.

perfect!
My partner and I originally had a small love seat that was bought 3 years ago before we got together so it was always too small for the both of us. We made plans of getting this exact couch for so long with so much hope for it and it certainly did not fail. The pull out aspect of the couch is absolutely amazing and perfect for us especially when we want to cuddle and do movie nights, only negative thing about it, is how easy it detaches from the couch if you don’t pull it out correctly but it is easy to put back in. I love the part that lifts up because I finally have a place to store all of my blankets and the baby’s extra blankets as well. It was an easy assembly for my partner and I. I was very iffy about the other reviews that would speak about the firmness of the couch, and when it did come in and was put together, it definitely was firm but after a few days of using it, it’s definitely less firm and more comfy. The cushions attach and detach via velcro which I think is awesome since my last couch the cushions were always messed up and on the floor since they didnt attach. All in all, this couch is perfect and definitely worth the money spent on it.

Stiff but nicer and bigger than expected!
Update: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COUCH!!! After 3 months of minimal use the wooden piece that holds the screw that keep the sleeper sofa part up is completely broken. I guess its ok as a normal uncomfortable small couch but I specifically got this one so when my nieces or nephew spend the night they could sleep on it. My husband is about 6’2 200 lbs, i am 5’2 140lbs, we also have a 10 lbs Pomeranian, and we RARELY used the couch before it broke. I would say we sat on it less than one hour a week. I tried to message the seller to see if they would replace the defective pull out piece because a $600 couch SHOULD last longer than 3 months but of course they chose not to do anything because the 30 day return window is up. If you plan to use this couch regularly especially with the sleeper sofa part out it will probably only last a month, if that. Buyer beware, I will never buy a couch from this company again. Super disappointed with how they handled the situation. Now i’m out all the money for the couch (i see they even raised the price a few hundred since i bought it) and i’m left with a broken piece of junk. It is not comfortable to even sit on as just a couch because it is so small. Also beware if you do get this couch the sleeper part might just break and fall in at anytime while using it because of the horrible quality of the wood frame. I received this couch yesterday, April 11, 2021. I will say it is stiff, but I read that all new couched have a 6 week “break in” period so I’ll update then. I love that this couch can pull up so easily a small child could do it. I didn’t realize the storage chaise was spring lift and is much nicer than I though. I have a rug right in-front of the couch, I thought the wheels would get caught on it but it’s so smooth with no issues. I read reviews of people saying that it was “too small” but it’s actually bigger than my last couch at 7 foot wide! I will say the actual seat length is a little shorter than my last couch and the arms aren’t as tall, combined with the stiff cushions it feels like your sitting too proper on the couch unless it’s pulled out, but hopefully that gets better once the foam softens.

God quality for what you pay for :)
ok overall I do like this couch and got compliments. oh and only took me 45 mins to put together. (I am more mechanically inclined then some I understand. no I didn't use a power drill that would have saved prolly 15 mins.) the color is more beige then light gray. this is my opinion of building in poor lighting at 10:30pm at night.. yes it is smaller then I honestly anticipated considering I knew I was getting a small sectional. I'm a short person (5'2") but I do feel like I'm sitting upright when sitting all the way back and my feet can touch the floor. I included a pic of my very sad looking love seat(full size) that was in the place of this new couch. I would say the new couch is just a bit wider and the chase and pull out bed are totally an added bonus. it's myself and my daughter in a small apartment so this looks great in the area without or crowding. we have family in town often enough to need the pull out bed instead of using an air matress every time. and this will get them off the floor. I would say it pulls out to a small version of a full matress. (I guess the air matress is an option just in case.) I was concerned about the firmness of the seats... the back is great the cushions for your tush... quite firm. I plan to have my daughter jump on them for a while to loosen them up. at the time of writing this article... the couch has been built for a whopping 30 mins. the extra storage on the chase.... a godsend for our tiny apartment. I, like another review I read was waiting for ikea to get the freinhart sofa in stock as well. ironically today after this couch arrive I got the message ikea had it in stock.. oh well. this is good for a small space and has so many added features.. the price and free shipping was awesome.. I'm sure the seats will soften over time. hope this helps!!

for the price it is an agreeable couch
for $500 it's not a bad couch. it just arrived today and took me about 75 minutes to unbox and assemble. I'm a middle-aged single woman who doesn't exercise much and I don't have any power tools; you may be able to put it together faster if you're in better shape and have a power drill but I am proud of myself for putting it together. on a comfort scale of 1-10 it's about a 6, but the couch it replaced was about a 3 so I am happy with the improvement. I'm 5'6" and there's plenty of room for me to lie down lengthwise, although if I lay on the chaise I'd have to either sit up or let my legs hang off the end. definitely invest in a mattress topper if you plan to sleep on it for any length of time (unless you're young and don't have joint problems). one thing I really like about it is that the chaise can be attached to either end. the trickiest part was attaching the chaise; it took about a dozen tries to catch the latch, but I finally got it. I've been looking for a couch with a chaise that folded out into a sleeper and came with storage for about 2.5 years now and this is the best price I've found, by about 50%. you're definitely getting what you pay for as the cushioning is not the most comfortable in the world, it's very firm, but for the price it's a great couch.

Defects to sofa bed
I love the style of this corner sofa bed but the side plates were put on upside down so side arm would not slide on till we unscrewed them and turn them all round. Also the gap between the chaise section and the sofa bed when pulled out is enough to have to stuff a big cushion in it. Really not good enough for the price I paid to have such defects.
