Love and hate relationship
This taste great if you know how to use this correctly. I usually let it soak with water up to 24 hours then cook with liquid food. This glass noodle taste so good with spicy food especially. However , this product contains sulfur dioxide(sulfur dioxide also is used as a disinfectant, a refrigerant, a reducing agent, a bleach, and a food preservative, especially in dried fruits) food preservative which could be very toxic for body if consume a lot. I like the chewiness but I don’t like the price range and the toxic preservative ingredient. Wish this seller lower the price and the manufacture makes products without toxic preservative.

Yummy + pricey! Here are some tips...
These are so expensive but I can’t find them anywhere in any of the Asian Mart’s near me which is why I turned to Amazon. I was worried these wouldn’t be the right noodles but they ARE those wide glass noodles that you always see in the mukbang videos. They’re delicious with the right sauce but they don’t soak up every broth the way you’d think. It’s more the texture and chewiness that’s the draw here, I think, but taste wise, if you don’t have a good thick sauce with it it’s not really gonna taste like much (in my opinion). I made these once with tteokbokki and they tasted great because the thick sauce stuck to the noodles really well, but another time I added it into a tofu soup and it tasted pretty plain because it wasn’t picking up the thinner broth. It is kind of a pain to cook because you have to soak it overnight (5-8 hours...I’ve also soaked them for a whole day once because I forgot about them and they were still fine) in order for it to be ready to use. I tried the method where you boil for 20 to 30 minutes and it never softened up so I’m not sure if I’m doing that right or not. You’d think it would be a simple boil but there must be something different I’m supposed to do since it didn’t work. The overnight method worked fine for me so I always use that. Also, after they’ve soaked...when you put it in your dish, it softens up really quick so make sure to not over cook them. Add the noodles to your dish last so they aren’t too soggy/break apart. These are pricey so you really don’t wanna waste it. Learn from my mistake from the first time I used them.

OMG, I love this noodle!!
Just as I expected or above what I expected! The taste and the texture was so delicious. I really wanted to try this wide noodle from people eating this in mukbang. The only reason reason I give 4 stars is because of the price. I think its very expensive compared to how they sell this item in Asia. However, I’m very satisfied and will think of repurchasing if the price can be lowered a bit. Oh also, for those buying this item, you need to soak the noodle in the water for at least 7hours. So make sure to do that before bedtime so you can enjoy it the next day!

Plastic texture
I double boiled these because they would just not get soft. Really sad to say these were like eating plastic and I got a terribly sick from these. Threw up all night after eating these for dinner. Was nauseous for hours even after getting all the glass noodles out of my system.

Yummy and chewy wide noodles
The noodles are so wide that they are chewy and very cool to eat. You need to soak them in water for 8-10 hours. It's good to use in Malatang, Tteokbokki, etc. I tried it in tteokbokki and it was good I will order again!

Sooooo good!!
I love love love these noodles! These are exactly like the noodles on the Mukbang videos. They are a little pricy but if you’re going to try something new...then why not? You need to soak them for a long time in water (like 5-8 hours) then boil/add them to your sauce mixture but it’s sooooo worth it! I made them in a curry mixture the 1st time & then in a spicy beef gravy mixture the 2nd time. Oh & one package is big enough for 3 meals (for me anyways). I love watching Mukbang videos but I don’t eat the amount they do! Lol Enjoy!

Expensive product, but good
I saw these noodles on Leeby's Korean mukbang channel on youtube and they looked delicious. They're ridiculously expensive for noodles on Amazon, but they were soo good. I made a big pot of soy sauce braised chicken and the noodles were a wonderful addition. I had soaked them in water (tap water, no specific temperature) overnight, but I think it still would have been fine if I used less time. I just added them in once the braise was done, and only kept cooking it until the noodles were bouncy and soft. Some reviewers complained about a smell when you first open the bag - Leeby mentioned a smell as well so I think that's normal. Some food product smell a little funny until you've prepared them. Once these were cooked, there was no odd odor or ill after effects once I consumed them.I would like to get these again, but the price makes me balk. I'm going to try the Rothy brand (I think they're Dorothy's product?) because they're a bit cheaper.

Delicious 🤤
Delicious noodles. But follow instructions. The noodles need to cook for a while or they won't be soft
