Great Product really worked out!
I noticed that this product was super great to swap out and made a change in engine performance right away. One thing to note: Really take a moment to make sure as years go by that someone has not changed your original GM parts out. I bring this up as Dorman and GM are different and many people think just change the motor out that is not working. That thought could get you into returns and reorder dilemmas. Dorman has made many GOOD changes to parts reinforcement of materials used based on flaws or just a better way of getting the assigned job done!

Perfect fit on my 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 with flex fuel with minor quarks
Perfect fit on my 2005 Avalanche Z71 Flex fuel. I deducted one star because the middle bottom rubber bumper was missing and I had to improvise using one of the bumpers from the old fan. Also, some of the holes for the harness and hose retainers were smaller than the original ones due to molding flash so I had to enlarge them. I also had to reuse the original metal spacers for the two top rubber grommets as they were missing - critical component for proper installation! On the positive side, both fans are seven blades, as opposed to the original one which was one seven and the other five.

Fit perfectly on my '06 Avalanche
Fan assembly arrived well package and undamaged. Easy install, only takes about 15 minutes. It's a perfect fit for my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche.

This is a perfect replacement for the stock electric fan it does have the two fans with seven blades each which is better than stock and just as quiet

Perfect Fit & Easy On The Wallet
I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado 4wd with a 4.8 liter. This cooling fan assembly has slotted upper mounts where the bushings can slide left to right which makes this fan fit perfectly. All the holes are where they need to be to swap over all our hose and wiring retainers.
