This is an authentic Korean product used by native Koreans. It's great for making all kinds of Korean pancakes.

I make veggie Korean pancakes. Very easy to use without having to use different ingredients for the same thing. Well worth the price.

Added sliced scallion-grated zucchini, carrot, mushrooms and a Thai chili. Use only enough oil to coat the bottom of your pan. 1 cup mix to 1.5 c water. Don't flip until the first side is brown.

I bought two of them with little expensive. BUt, I received with one that has been torn with cutting on the middle of the package that flour spilled on to other one. Practically, I packaged issue from the sender.It is great product that I often buy. However, this time, one is broken and the other package is intact (good).so, I feel I bought one for paying double. it doesn't feel good.

Learned about this from Korean cooking videos on YouTube. This is a great item for your pantry that brings a lot of versatility to your cooking. Mix it up and throw in chopped or shredded veggies and you have a great side dish for any Asian- inspired meal.My only criticism of the product is that the pancakes fall apart unless you add 2-3 eggs to the batter and mix very well with the pancake mix (I recommend a hand mixer).
