Given what it is, the flavor profile and range (energy, electrolytes and protein) I think this is a great product. The flavor might be a bit of an acquired taste. I for one love cotton candy although I can be a bit of a stickler on flavor accuracy. This tastes like cotton candy. It could easily be used in a multitude of recipes for smoothies or otherwise as well. This was my first time trying this brand or this product either one, It's a win for me. Not all caffeine is equal either, this is well rounded in my opinion. There is a slight aftertaste and a distinct chalkiness to it, but it is bearable. I recommend taking more than one sip when first trying this product and chilling it beforehand. Can't imagine this tastes good at room temp.

These drinks was used for a low sodium and low potassium diet. These two flavors are the lowest and best for the required diet. They taste just like Gatoraid but better. A nice drink to have to add calories and protein to your diet. You can add toasted pumpkin seed powder to it for a bit more calories if you wish too. This is something that I highly recommend if you want to add calories and protein to your diet. One more thing, the company who makes this says it has caffeine in it n their site unless they changed it. So look into that for yourself if that is an issue.

This is a pretty good tasting drink. I do enjoy it but you definitely get that protein aftertaste. I like it having protein and electrolytes and I would've given 5 stars if it didn't have 125mg of caffiene. I ordered this for the flavor and electrlytes not the energy. Worth trying once if you enjoy cotton candy but I think its a one time buy.

These Protein2O Cotton Candy drinks are amazing! The only protein drink and flavor that I've found that I can drink. I have an eating disorder called ARFID and I have a real problem with funky textures. All those shake type drinks make me gag. I tried the strawberry/watermelon flavor of this brand, but it has a funky sour taste. Due to ARFID, I have a really hard time getting nutrients in my diet, especially, protein. Please Protein2O, don't change this product or stop making it. Love it!

I have been purchasing the Blue Raspberry Plus Energy for approximately two years now, ordering about a case every 45-50 days. The flavor is great.Today I received my second contaminated case in the past 11 months, each bottle contained pieces of plastic. The first time this happened, I talked to Amazon back then and of course you cannot return food items and this is considered a food item. I emailed Protein 20, I've called and left voice messages at Protein 20 and I even think I sent a message on X . I had no response. I know it's plastic because I drank a bottle in the first case that I received in 2024 and couldn't figure out what that stuff was in my mouth until I wiped it off on my finger and saw that it was thin pieces of plastic.This time, I am hoping that maybe they will notice here that there is a problem and it appears random. These are pics from todays nonreturnable, $28. case. BTW, I will continue to purchase all of my other favorite flavors but this certainly needs addressing before something happens

Old formula tasted great and I bought it monthly, this new formula changed not only the flavor and color but the consistency of the drink, it is more thick and not as refreshing. I really tried to adapt as I’ve been a fan for a long time but I will be trying other brands.Please bring the old taste and texture back!

If you have to prep for surgery this is really a great product. The taste is pretty good and easy to spring. My protein levels are always an issue and this helps to keep it stable. Have bought several things and recommend it to anyone else
