Conceal 10.5 oz textured caulk Gold Tone (Warm Honey)

I am making some maple shoji doors. This caulk was by far the best color match I have seen for wood. It is just a shade darker than the curly maple I am working with, but I conclude the results are excellent. Why they call it "gold tone," which sounds metallic, I have no idea. There is nothing metallic about it. A real nice find, not available at home centers.

I like it so far but time is the real test of caulk and grout. I'm optimistic. I'm hopeful as having a line of colors would be great.

I live in a log home and used this for both outside and inside caulking. I love the ease it came out of the tube, ease to spread and how it blends in with my home. My home is white pine that has yellowed a bit. A great product that I am about to order more to finish my job.

Applied exactly as directed and the completed project looked very nice. In a matter of 24 hours, the caulk had 30 to 40% shrinkage and I had to redo the larger cracks. Was not forewarned of this thus had to reorder more. Looks nice, went on well but did not anticipate the shrinking.

it worked perfectly for my application and matched the old weathered chinking which I was trying to match.

I thought this was great when I got it. It filled in gaps in our bamboo floors and gave it a clean look. But over time it is collecting dirt and looks grimy, plus it's pulling out of the cracks from mopping. I don't recommend this for traffic areas.
