I bought this because it has the same connection to my old LED light. All i had to do was take the old one off.. unplug (see 2nd pic) and connect the new one.. no wiring required. Oh i had to change the bar that fits to rear of the light as the old one was 28cm and this new one is 30cm. Nice and bright 6500k brightness. Hopefully it lasts longer then my old one.

I am so happy with this light it’s so bright & clean.No shadowing and totally transformed my room.It was installed within twenty minutes as I have no electrical experience! Maybe quicker for others.This is sleek & compact the style is basic but value for money.I am going to replace all my lights with this fitting.

Was looking for LED lighting for my kitchen which had 2 sets of spotlights with 3x GU10 bulbs in them.Found these, good reviews, so ordered two. Now I am not the greatest DIY person but thought I would try fitting myself before getting someone out. Power off at the mains fuse box, took down old light. New light only has live and neutral, no earth. Was as simple as taking two screws out the block connector in ceiling, releasing existing light and then wiring up new light. Even easier as the light itself contains a push/twist plug so you can disconnect the physical light, climb the ladders with just the two wires section. Wire that in, screw in light support bracket and then connect light up. Absolutely thoroughly recommend this.You can see from the photos, one photo is with one existing spotlight still up and then the difference with the LED in place.Obviously can’t comment on longevity of product but our kitchen is now fully lit with crisp bright daylight and every other light now seems yellow in comparison!Think I might be ordering more for round the house!

I am quite pleased with the lights though I will stress they are a hell of a lot harder to fit than what some reviewers have pointed out. You do have to have some knowledge of working with electricity to be able to put these up, especially if like me you are going to be fitting them in the living room where you are dealing with a ring main. The instructions that come with the lights are way too basic and far from adequate in all honesty. They do also tell you that they should be fitted by authorized and qualified technicians so don't be fooled by the way they are advertised.One of the main reasons why I brought these particular lights was really down to the build quality of the materials they are made of and is not just plastic like many of the other LED lights are made of and they have quite a solid construction via the use of an aluminium frame which adds a bit of weight to the product.Though I will say that some of the cheaper plastic ones are a damn sight easier to fix than these and they come with a much smaller fixing bracket and the whole unit can be simply screwed onto the bracket with a simple twist. To be honest I personally think the design of those ones is much better than these and will be a lot easier to replace them when they no longer work and much cheaper as well. The downside with this type of lighting is really down to the cost and they will work out to be way more expensive in relation to LED Light Bulbs. Don't be fooled by the number of hours they give to their lifespan because many people have got the maths totally wrong with how long they are expected to last. For example, these lights have a lifespan of 20,000 hours. On average you will be using them 8 hours a day for 365 days a year which works out to 29,500 hours. So these things are not going to last you a year whereas an LED Light Bulb would easily last around 3 to 5 years and you can get a pack of 4 for as little as £3.99.Overall I am pleased with my purchase and the lights do fill out the room and look very neat. The only reason I knocked off a couple of stars was down to.1. How much more cost-effective they are.2. Not going along with the design of many of the other similar products that are much easier to fit and replace all the time.One of the things I would like to see these companies do regarding this type of lighting is to also sell the light unit itself without the fittings and brackets at a cheaper price. This would help in bringing down the cost and most likely entice more people to purchase this type of lighting.

Really bright and does the job but only last about 12 months. Obviously it's a sealed unit so once it's blown it has to be deposed of. They're nice and cheap and was a quick temporary solution for us while we was renovating.

We used these for our kitchen and bathroom. They have made a difference to the illumination in those dingy rooms.Easy to fit.

After dealing with DHL breaking my order of 6ft fluorescent bulbs (Twice) for my kitchen light. I thought you know what enough is enough so decided to look on Amazon for a replacement light instead. And came across this little beauty. After reading some of the positive reviews I decided to give it a go and they weren't wrong this light is amazing. It's ridiculously easy to install, looks very smart and light output is awesome. My kitchen isnt exactly small but just one light fills it.Already ordered another one for bedroom but this time with the warm white version. Fingers crossed its just as good.100% Recommend
