DJI Osmo Pocket Part 1 Extension Rod (CP.OS.00000003.01)

I purchased this to take some action shots / b-roll for some videos I was making. While a little pricey on the face of things, it is definitely worth the money for a number of reasons...1. The integration of button function.2. The compact design when folded away.3. Ease of manipulation and ergonomics.The ability to use the buttons on the grip to control the gimbal, record, stop, follow functions etc.. is such a great design. The fact it doesn't require any batteries is also a big plus, won't ever be caught short wanting to grab a shot only to realize your batteries are dead! I used mine with the wifi accessory on my Osmo Pocket 1, and was able to view and preview the shots on my phone when mounted on the grip. I have an LG V60 and its a bit big, so with a case it was a struggle, so I would take it the case off so it wouldn't power off my phone!I used it for a range of different shots and was very pleased with it, definitely a great addition to your filming kit and something light and small you can throw in your backpack.

Yes, it's an expensive selfie stick. But it's an incredibly GOOD expensive selfie stick that's worth the price. Integrated controls are awesome, and the hideaway port for your phone adapter. Just add a wireless base or shortish USB C-C or Lightning cable and you're good to go. Being able to access most of the controls that are actually on the unit is very nice, and the thumbstick is a huge plus. Also it makes it easier to operate the Osmo when it's fully retracted, making hyperlapses and the like much easier to frame. I don't Vlog but this should make it way easier to get some more background in the shot as well as easily being able to frame yourself up with the phone sitting right there in front of you. Love the convenience of one handed operation.If you use your Pocket a lot and are considering different solutions for some extension, this should be your choice, even at a premium.

The extension makes the Osmo easier to use while on the go or taking pictures/videos at better angles. It’s also a nice addition for ease of carrying, which is what I use it mostly for (holding the small device makes me nervous). Due to the extension rod having nice large controls, it makes the small device easier to use. I debated purchasing the controller wheel, but I believe this accessory covers both issues for the price of one. So far the accessory appears to be sturdy, but time will tell. If I was able to go back in time, I would still make this purchase.

Good product and feels sturdy the clamp that holds the phone in is plastic that concerns me.. but we shall see. The one thing this itemLacks is making the wireless connection from camera to phone... I had to purchase a separate wireless module. 🤨

Arrived quickly, works right out of the box. Has a cold shoe on the side for a light or microphone. Worth it!

I bought this extension rod and was pretty pleased with it and functioning as it was supposed to do. However, I could not turn the power off from the remote though the on button works perfectly. When I started the return process, an option to call with a phone was available. I explained what the defect was and that I need it asap for a trip. They arranged for the replacement to be sent right away and the defected item's return without a problem and any further delay. I received the replacement in 2 days and it is working without any problem. Thanks.

This item is a great addition if you have the osmo pocket. It's much better and cheaper than I expected. It has all the controls you need on the stick and if you do need to attach the phone for a better view, the phone holder is flawless.

Es un buen producto para Tu osmo, se explota mejor en su uso con el adaptador inalámbrico para tu osmo pocket. De la publicación no se para qué ponen una USB pequeña, si es un regalo, no lo dan.
