I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR QUITE SOMETIME AND ITS A REALLY AMAZING PRODUCT, CRISPY AND FRESH FRIED ONION FOR INSTANT USE.

The same is crunchy and flavourful.No negative issues noted.

S its very good for decoration. But not original taste. U can try once sliced onion fried in ghee until brown &remove. See the taste. But kings fried onion not that taste but crispy. Ok ok product. Even i fried it again in ghee but not that original taste.

Biryani,veg and non veg.In curds.

Perfectly crunchy, golden browned and dehydrated, so no oil or any burnt onion is there. Just a couple of quick tips for adding to gravies and biryanis: For gravy, better to add in beginning, so by the time gravy cooks, onions will melt. Otherwise, if added towards end, crunchy onion will be there in gravy(some ppl might like this texture too). For biryanis, add extra oil/ghee in biryani as freshly fried onions have a lot of oil trapped in them, while these onions are practically oil free. So, using these onions without adding extra fat, biryani might feel a bit dry.

The quality provided by supplier is par excellent. I will be ordering on regular basis. Though it is on expensive side but it saves lot of coking time while maintaining the Aroma of Barista Onion.

I was shocked that they are selling this utter garbage as fried onions. I get the fried part but where are the onions?? They used peeled of red onion skins and fried and packed them as fried onions. If only there is a FDA i would nail them.

Its very useful stuff, when we talk about cooking Biryani...Taste is also good, but not sure about the quality of Oil used for this.
