Great product. Works straight out of the box.

Easy to set up and not complicated for the elderly to use. Reasonably priced and arrived when stated. Purchased for my mother who was worried no one would hear her if she called out, so this has given all of us peace of mind. It has been used once when the handset for the recliner fell out of reach on the floor and the chair tilted when mum tried to get up. Luckily the bell was on the lanyard around her neck and she was able to call for assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this for my mother who is slowly becoming weaker and has a higher chance of falling and hurting herself. In theory this is a very good product - as long as there's always somebody else in the house. However, if you're a working professional and don't work from home this is a challenge as theres no peace of mind for your family member at home. The product itself is easy to set up and great value for money and the range can span comfortably across a 3 bedroom home. I ended up returning this item, not because it's not good, it's great for what it does, but id like the peace of mind even when I am not at home and unfortunately this product can't give me that

But this for mum to get hold of me when upstairs. Quick to install, loud bell - cant miss it.

Very simple to use. For me, all I needed was for it to ring a bell in the caretaker's room and he is alerted. So, I press the little red button and the caretaker shows up at my disabled husband's room. Very simple to set up and use.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product.....just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall.....anyway does it job well...premium quality........

This is my second CallToU pager system, and that should tell you everything about how well it works. My mother suffered multiple strokes and is paralyzed, so having reliable communication is absolutely critical for us. The 500+ foot range means I can be anywhere in the house or even outside doing yard work and still hear when she needs help. The volume is loud enough that I never miss a call, and the 55 different ringtones help me distinguish it from other household sounds. What really sold me on buying a second unit was being able to put another receiver in a different room - now I have coverage upstairs and downstairs. The waterproof design has been a lifesaver too, as accidents happen and I don’t have to worry about the button getting wet. Setup was incredibly simple, and the fact that it just works every single time gives me the confidence to step away knowing Mom can reach me instantly. For anyone caring for a loved one with mobility issues, this system is worth every penny. The peace of mind alone makes it invaluable. Buying a second one says everything about reliability
