Maybe 1000 according to the label, but in potency it equals a 500-cap. Meh,..but, it's refreshing to take this. So if you like pink-lemonade, I would recommend this. It helps with dreams and relaxation, but if you take one too many, you may well find yourself, sleep-walking-farting in your sleep/seat, etc. whoahh, ...trust me, when you take too many, you'll know what I mean. With Chromium-pickle juice, whatever it's called, it's a fine-line, between helping you sleep, and, a feeling, of being, vaguely tranquilized,;

Tastes great and I know the nutrients are being absorbed and not expelled. Love these. I am changing all my supplements to fast dissolve/lozenge style.

taste is ok, they small, so far i like. Only been taking for a week. Goal is to increase dopamine levels.
