I could literally feel my heart valve was week as if it bent over. I wondered if it was the way I slept on my side and worked on my MAC computer a lot...And sometimes people with heart problems tend to be people with electrical problems in their homes if so, I was too close for too long in front of my computer so I decided too turn it a little sideways when I would work on it and that felt alittle better...Hawthorn works great on valves, arteries, veins, and capillaries....Q10 never worked well in the past for me and I think it's because it's a co-enzyme and needs to be paired with something else, in this case with an herb...Q10 also is anti-parasitic...I remember a doctor on the news once mentioning a lot of heart problems are from dog heart worm (don't get mad at your pet for not deworming them they get it threw their food supply also, just deworm them every new seasons change) Q10 for deworming is 3,000mg one day a week followed up with the other 6 days at 400mg daily until your heart feels better...I had good results with Hawthorn and Q10 taking 3 three times a day (3-3xd) and after my 3rd bottle I don't feel bad at all in fact I don't feel that problem anymore at all!
