I will be returning because I got it for my boyfriends and he has to hold it in order for it to work and he cant hold it on his back but on the muscles he could hold it on it worked. So it will only work if you are holding it on yourself.

It does what it's supposed to. Some say it shocks the hand holding the handle. Well people you have to complete the circuit so yes it will. Hold on tightly and you hardly notice it. It works great on pressure points. I have this for the office and it works good.

This product works as expected. The pen is made of plastic which seems a bit on the cheaper side. It does work like a TensUnit. It works great with pain relief. It is NOT rechargeable as advertised but if you read the description it says so by stating you need a AA battery. Comes with a manual so that you know what to do. Great product and I’d recommend it.

Didn’t really help with my pain. Don’t even use it anymore

Used a few times, my husband said he felt it but hasn’t gotten any relief in his neck from it. So we will keep trying and see what happens!

So I bought this with great anticipation. I have bulging discs in my neck and am constantly in pain.When I got the package, I took it in the house and immediately took it out of the box. Put two batteries in it and changed the setting.I started out with a 5(big mistake always start with the lowest setting and read the directions) I turned it on and put it to my neck.Dear Lord my teeth were chattering, I'm sure I was speaking a foreign language because my son looked at me funny. It zapped my neck my hand and I'm pretty sure somehow my eyes and brain were involved. So I decided to move to a different spot my lower back (I'm usually good about instructions but not today I knew how to use it)l-4 and l-5 is the target area.. I zapped myself again.. This time I wet myself.. Throw this thing across the room. My son is in hysterics cause mom peed her pants..So I pull the instructions out and notice the two small jars of jell.. Apparently you have to use the jell.. Glutton for punishment.. I got it dipped it in the jell and back to the neck.. I hit the nerve going to my hand and felt this in the top of my head..I will never use it again..Can be used as a tazer (I zapped my son for laughing at me) wont knock them out at 5 but possibly at full strength

Excellent product for the money. Be careful as it packs a punch.

I like the pen. I do Not like the instructions. They are not well written or clear to a novice like me.
