Great Vitamins
Best vitamins around! Read the back to see for yourself about the quantity and variety of supplements and nutrients contained in these vitamins. Since I started taking them years ago, my blood tests have shown great result. Just be sure to take them as directed 2x a day.

Working formula through raw material - update
-- This is the 2nd time I bought this item. This time (8/2025) I bought two bottles. Product was fine except the product expiration for both bottles is in May 2026. I would have second thought about the seller next time. This raw material multivitamin formula works for my family as they felt more energetic after taking for a while. The daily 4-capsules raw material contains almost everything including needed probiotic, enzyme and even the CoQ10, and the amount for each category per serving is pretty balanced. The only missing essential could be the potassium and magnesium. So I bought the low dosage potassium with the extended release magnesium supplement to go with this multivitamin.

Vital Vitamins
I did so much research on multi vitamins before I finally found these gems. They're the perfect size and easy to swallow. They don't smell bad and they don't have an aftertaste. They have all of the essential elements that I was looking for. Including being Certified Organic, NON GMO and Gluten Free. My bottle has 240 capsules in it which makes it an excellent investment in my health journey. It's also for women over 50 years old. They give me the boost of energy that I need everyday. Just an FYI, they don't upset my stomach, cause any discomfort orsend me to the bathroom. If you're looking for a new vitamin, I highly recommend this one. I also use their protein shakes. I absolutely love this company. You will too!!

Nice multivitamin, but the formulation has changed within the past few months. SEE REVIEW.
A health conscious friend shared this whole-food multivitamin with me after learning that I wasn't taking one with any regularity. I like the fact that this incorporates fruits and vegetables, enzymes, and probiotics alongside vitamins, while leaving out soy, nuts, and unnecessary coloring. The capsules are a little on the larger side, but considering the ingredient list, the fact that all of that fits into only four capsules is impressive. Additionally, since this has B vitamins and D3 in it, I'm able to cut out those other supplements - which means taking fewer pills which have a higher nutritional payoff; it also means I'm only investing in one (1) high quality, high efficiency supplement versus several mediocre ones. (BONUS: This also saves me valuable cupboard space). The capsules have/leave a very faint malted sort of aftertaste when I take them, which I wouldn't classify as unpleasant, especially when directly compared to that of other vitamin supplements that have noticeably strong and distinct aftertastes (hey B vitamins, I'm looking at you).Since I was about to run out of the bottle that was given to me, I hopped on Amazon to purchase more. It was delivered in under 24 hours (! - I live in a very rural area and am used to even a lot of Prime deliveries taking longer than two business days). I was going to pass a trial of this on to my mother-in-law, and noticed that between my first bottle and my new bottle, CoQ 10 has been entirely removed from the formula. While that's not a deal breaker for me, it is worth noting. I didn't see any other changes, but TBF, I also didn't do a line-by-line comparison due to time constraints. My intention is to continue to include this in my daily health and wellness routine. While it is a bit on the pricey side, the cost is offset a bit by the other supplements that I won't need to repurchase.

Expensive, but worth it.
I never would have thought to pay this amount for a multivitamin but I heard via a nutritional health expert on NPR that a good multivitamin should cost about $1 per day. This one fit the bill so I gave it a try. Purchased this Multivitamin twice already and about to buy a third time. It's expensive, so I had hesitations about repurchasing the second time, but I noticed that every time I feel like I'm about to get sick, I pop one or two of these, and symptoms fade away. I don't even take them daily, though I really need to start doing that for myself. Ideally, I'm trying to take three a day (being under 100lbs, I figured I didn't need to take the recommended dose of 4 a day), but in reality I'm lucky if I take one a day. Still, it's there for me when I feel stuffy, or my throat is scratchy. I pair it up with ecchinacea capsules when I need extra help fighting off cold symptoms, and sometimes a nice hot cup of tea with extra honey (like a tablespoon or more - antibacterial & antioxidant). Not great to swallow, and don't take them both at once. I stopped doing that after getting two lodged in my throat at a painful angle and I couldn't dislodge it for a good 8-10 minutes. I chugged water, ate something, thumped myself in the chest repeatedly to no avail. It wasn't until I was desperate enough to jump up and down in my kitchen like an idiot for several minutes that I found some relief. Got a bit of a workout in while I was at it. Now I always place it on my tongue, put a gulp of water in my mouth, and tilt my head up to move water and pill to the back of my throat before swallowing. Still occasionally gets stuck with this method, but with less frequency. Finally, my husband takes the men's version, and he vouches for them as well (he has epstein-barr and the worst immune system of anyone I know). Calls them "horsepills" and complains that when they get lodged in his throat he coughs up vitamin dust and it's disgusting. Nevertheless, he takes them more faithfully than I and has barely been sick in the last year.
