Okay vitamin.
I took this vitamin for a few months. At first it caused my stomach to hurt but subsided after a week or 2. I stopped taking these because I wasn’t noticing anything different for me. Plus one of my liver levels rose and the only difference was that I started taking these. NOT SAYING THIS CAUSED IT but since it was the only change I made I decided to stop and see in six months to a year if my levels go back down.
