The tester is well made and easy to use with simple easy to follow instructions. It can be used for testing components inside or outside the vehicle using a 12-volt battery. The lead is long enough to get to the rear of the vehicle for lights etc. Being able to put power through a component to test if it works is very helpful to find out which part needs to be replaced. This model appears under various brand names usually about £11.50 more expensive.
