A good way to get magnesium into your system. Tasteless.

This product works for helping me go to sleep at night, I am a real insomniac and can never get to sleep at normal hours without this stuff, I take some melatonin and 2 cap falls of this ionic magnesium and I am relaxed in 30 minutes asleep with in the hour, I have tried melatonin alone and it's no good for a full night's sleep, I need the magnesium for the relaxing effects, I tried CALM but it gives me diarrhea, so Ionic magnesium works best for me,

I used this to treat one of my bunnies, Bentley, who had problems with urinary sludge and stones. This product resolved her issues. Great way to take Magnesium especially if you have trouble swallowing tablets. Great product.
