Ostrim Turkey Meat Snack Sticks - Maple Brown Sugar & Applewood - Pack of 20 (10 of each flavor)

THESE ARE EXTREMELY SALTY! Didn't notice when I bought these in a hurry that there is no ingredient label picture to read on the ordering page. For comparison, a Trader Joe's turkey stick is 290 mg. sodium and I thought those were salty. Did not like the flavor of the Applewood. The Maple Brown Sugar has a nicer flavor although still very salty.

I have purchased these before off bariatric websites and they get $19.99 per box. Here you get two boxes for under $30. Excellent source of protein. The skin is a little tough, but its what you would expect for a beef stick like this. Just have to chew a little longer! Very good taste. Im not too keen on the Maple one, but thats just me.

A bit of a problem with two of the sticks. (And overall, these aren't cheap per stick!) Two of them had gone rancid - the packages were poofy and you could clearly see yellowish mold inside. (The attached pictured shows a normal stick compared to one of the "bad" ones.) Not the fault of the shipper! Sticks were inside a sealed display box.

These are extremely dry and the flavors are a very synthetic coating on the outside, nice a natural flavor ground into it. Couldn’t stomach more than a bite of either. And with no return policy, I gave them to a friend. My friend threw them away because they were so bad...

These are great for an on the go protein snack and decently priced. Only reason why it didn't get a 5 star rating was because the package smelled like cigarette smoke inside and out which makes me believe the delivery person wasn't necessarily the one to blame, although it very well could have been. When it arrived, the person was driving a personal vehicle, it wasn't usps, ups, FedEx, etc. so maybe it was them smoking in the car??

This is a perfect snack for when I am very hungry but trying to minimize calories. It tastes very good as well. My boyfriend loves these.A little expensive, but overall worth it, for an occasional, healthy treat.

I have had weight loss surgery, and have to follow a high protein diet. These fit great into my diet and are a great high protein snack. My only problem is they taste so good that my kids come in and eat them all! Our favorites are Applewood(nice smokey taste), Maple Brown Sugar(sweet taste), and Teriyaki. Buy some! They are so good and yummy!
