How do i open the battery port on the mk470 keyboard when they need changing please? there doesn’t seem to be one on mine.

On the MK470 you have to slide the grey strip (at the top of the keyboard) backwards

are there 2 seperate usb receivers for both keyboard and mouse or 1 usb receiver that connects both of them?

Just one receiver, which works for both peripherals at the same time.
