I've updated my review after the company contacted me to correct the order (I received the correct product this time). I've used both the Blue and the RGB LED strips from this company. Both are decently solid options, especially for the price. I've purchased a ton of LED strips from different companies, but I decided to try supernight out because they were the cheapest option. The quality of the RGB LEDs are near perfect, and honestly quite impressive for about $10. The solid Blue LED strip I received had a few soldered joints that lowered the quality, but is still a great deal for the price.Overall, these LEDs are a great option for the price and will get the job done. A lot of the negative reviews sound like they are reviewing a $100 product, which you need to remember is not the case with this. I am very pleased with the customer service, they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied and offered to replace my order for free. If you happen to receive the wrong shipment or a defected product, just send them an email. They are very responsive and fair.Some things to note:- These LEDs are water resistant, but they are certainly not water proof.- These do not come with any kind of power source, you need to provide a 12 V source with ample current limiting circuitry.- This is a $10 product, you get what you pay for

I keep buying these for my boats. I put them under the seats and dash and they are awesome. I've probably purchased 5 or 6 rolls over the past few years. The first few roles are still working in my boat after 3 years. I've never had a single role of these arrive faulty, every LED lit up when I pulled them out of the package and plugged them in. And they are pretty bright for the price. The only faults are that the waterproof epoxy they put over the strip seems to fade in the sun after a short amount of time (doesn't really affect the performance of the lights though, I can't tell the difference after the epoxy fades). And the other issue is that the peel and stick adhesive strip on the back is just useless. Every role has had a continuous string of "M"s on the wax paper you peel off. You guys didn't use 3M sticky back adhesive, quit trying to fool me with this "M" nonsense. lol. Just buy some LED mounting clips and screw them down instead of using the peel and stick and you'll be happy with these lights, especially for the price.

I bought this for a trial. I purchased other RGB strips in the past and was disappointed as they had separate red, green, and blue LED spaced apart from each other. To get the color you wanted, the LEDs were so far apart that one could not tell if the color was purple or pink.This set has tri-color LEDs that create colors nearly perfectly. This set does not have individually addressable LEDs and the entire string projects the same color from all LEDs .the string is bright and the waterproof covering is okay. I don't think the back of the set is waterproof, especially if the adhesive is removed as the contacts appear to be exposed.It works great inside my computer.

I replaced the factory led strip on my camper awning with this one. The Original was ok but only white and didn’t last long. This one is considerably brighter, has plenty of color options and the remote is a great added option from the factory strip. Easy to install and nearly plug-and-play with the old stystem.I deducted one star because I REALLY protect this strip and use it carefully. It is covered from all weather and sun and is only used every once in a while. That being said, it started to discolor some after about 8 months which did not seem to effect brightness or function. After a year, a couple of the led’s started to flicker. After that a few went out and others started to flickering. At around two years, half of the strip went and the remaining half started to blink and go out. Soon after the remote sensor went out and it was stuck on one mode/color/function.I’ve only deducted one star because at this great low price, I feel two good solid years of use is pretty good. Also, it is very bright, the colors are excellent, and it functions perfectly.

Nice strip of leds. Worked great. Just remember this one only includes the strip no transformer or switch.

Ok so I've ordered this brand's waterproof LED strips before. The one's I got years back were great quality and so I'm ordering the brand again. The product I received this time is NOT the same product by a LONG shot. If you look at the pictures and see the "Ours/Others" picture, what I got looks like the "Others" version. Junky, non-sealed, spread out LED strips that are super dull / not bright at all.

Reading through the reviews, I agree with most! The light strips are bright, energy efficient. and very easy to use with your mobile device. However.... the adhesive is not "100% Quality Assurance" as stated on the packaging. After hanging the strip up across my wall, it fell down after a night. Moving forward, I wiped down the wall hoping the adhesive would apply better. That was a waste of time as they fell down a couple hours later. I then proceeded to tape the strip to the wall. Was it the solution? Close but no cigar! The light strip fell down after a day or so. I do not recommend attempting to hang these on a wall. If you are planning on wrapping this around an item, it looks great! However, as you can see in the photos provided, the strip is starting to unstick from its surface (bed frame). I refuse to rely on tacks to hang this product up. This occurrence has overall left my dissatisfied with my purchase. Hope this helps!
