Good quality and well printed
I bought this as a gift for my son’s gym room (an outside garage space) they look great and are informative whilst being arty. Lovely thick quality and value.

Great but overpriced.
Picture took sooooooo long to come. When it finally arrived it was great. Probably a bit too expensive for what it is but I couldn’t find it anywhere else.

Exercises and muscle groups on one chart
This is not cheap and it's quite a thin laminate. However it has great diagrams showing the muscle groups for each exercise as well as some hints on how to complete each exercise. Recommended.

Good quality product arrived fast
Arrived quickly, really good quality. Very clear and informative pictures and descriptions on muscles and exercises. Also has some info on technique, breathing, warm up, movement etc so very pleased

Text unreadable at A2 size
The content of the poster is great and the pictures are clear, but at A2 size the text is so small that it is completely unreadable and therefore the poster is not fit for purpose. Perhaps if you bought the A1 size you might be able to read the text, but only if you got very close to the poster which isn't really the point of the poster! In addition, my poster arrived damaged but when I returned it the seller said the damage had occurred on the return leg and refused to refund me. They suggested I claim compensation from Hermes (rather than them?). Definitely the worst experience I've had with an Amazon seller for a long time.
