I was unsure of making this purchase originally. How glad I am that I took delivery of this remarkable phone. Brilliant display, amazing specifications and an all round fantastic phone. Delivery was first class as well. Thank you!

As usual, as with all flagship devices, its a fantastic phone; great battery life, rapid responses, blah blah you've heard it all before, its a flagship device, expect flagship performance.As with all phones, how its rated is usually dependent on whether the user bought the correct type of phone for their intended uses.Pros: everything, its a flagship device afterall.Also the S pen is neatCons: expensive if you bought it at retail price of 1.1kLatest gorilla glass just gets more brittle every generation, sure its harder and more scratch resistant, but its cracks alot easier. I for one would rather have some scratches than a bunch of cracks. And a screen protector is easy to fit and replace, and protects the screen against scratches better than a case would protect it from cracking from a drop.Samsung bloatware, as per the norm

I bought this as a replacement for my previous, identical phone. After 4 years, the glue holding front and back of the old one together was failing. When I get round to it, I aim to get Samsung to repair the old one.Obviously, I still think that the Note 10+ is a very good phone.

I received a faulty unit with poor battery life. The device on screen time was at the best 4 hours - 5G was not turned on and I don’t have a 5G contract, so this was not contributing to battery drain. Used at home so was always on WiFi, which is an excellent established connection. The device itself is gorgeous- great screen and very good photo quality. The phone is super fast and I experience zero lag. So I returned the device via Amazon approved system. 16 days later and 3 separate contacts, I still haven’t received a refund. This has actually caused financial difficulties due to COVID - 19 and me being the only working adult in the household. I’m unhappy with the whole situation - purchase with due care.

I've got this phone for more than 3 years now, I'm extremely happy with it, I bought recently a Samsung tablet to have a bigger screen but I still using my phone for everything, keeping with me 24/7. I knew recently this phone model is not going to have more updates and security patches and can be vulnerable now when the battery still excelente and I haven't noted any issues with speed or use of apps that should be illegal they let us down and forcing the users to buy a new device because your data could be compromised.Samsung has officially ended software and security updates for the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series. All devices eventually reach end-of-life for software updates. Samsung fulfilled its initial update commitment (3 years Android, 4 years security) for these phones.If you are thinking to buy this phone you know now what to expect.No issues with seller, Amazon or delivery, excelente service, the phone was brand new.

What a great device I'm loving the specs, slim form factor and that screen is amazing ! Very good battery life, selling at a great price to purchase right now, if you can live without the headphone jack that's about the only thing that's missing ! I ordered this phone , and I never opened it until today , I waited on my case and screen protector, was putting them on , when I noticed a crack going down the back of it , it was damaged , so hopefully things can be worked out , I’m looking a refund
