Gardentech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate

After over 7 years of fighting fungus / blight on my tomatoes, cucumbers and pepper plants this finally stopped it. I tried it late in the year on tomato plants that had more brown leaves than green leaves and then they had more green leaves than brown leaves. The tomato plants even started producing tomatoes again. It also helped the pepper plants. The blight / fungus is so bad in my area that most neighbors have given up on having gardens. Looking forward to a great gardening year in 2022!

Boxwood blight has been a serious problem where I live in mid-Alabama. Having lost and removed numerous boxwood last year I was completely out of solutions until a friend suggested I try Daconil. I did and that, along with improving drainage has kept a significant number on boxwoods thriving.. it has been quite common to hear “knowledgeable” people pronounce that there is nothing that will cure an infected plant but I haven’t found that to be true especially when what has been diagnosed as blight is really cases of root rot caused by lingering wetness.

This is good stuff. We have been having none stop rain in Texas for over a week. I used on my roses and other plants prior to the rain and I am very happy I have No black spots on any of my plants. This product has proven itself to me. So glad I bought and used when I did.

This worked. We sprayed 1x as our spruce trees started new growth and a second time 2 months later and no more needle cast this year. We plan to use it again next season to continue to protect our spruce trees.

I use this at half strength according to the directions. It works perfectly and doesn’t burn the leaves.
