Works But Why Charge So Much?
Works like it should but shouldn’t cost this much for a knock-off brand old school t-stat. Only bought it because we needed one quickly.

2 degrees accuracy is not there.
i can not recommend this thermostat for a milivolt wall furnace. i got two of these and neither will keep the tempiture at the 2 degree range they clame it can maintain. its more like a 7 degree range. when i get the room to 72 degrees it will not turn back on until it drops to 66 degrees. there's no inbetween. i am sure if it is used for a 24 volt heating system it would work fine because you can adjust the heat anticipator to increase or decreace how long the furnace stays on. but there is no adjustments for a mili volt system.

Great replacement for older mobile homes!
Perfect replacement for my old mobile home Duo-Therm gas central heating. Now I have proper functioning and no need to worry about overworking the solenoid switch on the gas control valve. I didn't even need to adjust the heat anticipator on this thermostat, it comes on perfectly as it should for just a short enough time to keep the temperature at the level I've set, this is more efficient than me having to get up and move lever to off or lower to stop the heater running, if set too low you're actually using more gas just to get it back up to a comfortable temp than it just "topping" the temp off. If need be the anticipator is adjustable but I'd go with what the instructions advise which is to hook it up as is and only adjust it if needed, you may be tempted to think it's coming on again too soon but wait until it comes on for that short time and you'll see that it's not on very long and is working as it should. This one also has a notch for holding it in the off position so that your heater will not come on like if you'll be gone during the day or an extended period of time. No worries!

Great For RV
I have purchased these thermostat a couple time to repair RV's. One was where the furnace was run by a remote control and the temp sensors where in the AC units and couldn't maintain a good temp. The other was when we swapped out an ac unit for a new one and had a new controller.
