A: It’s a solid continuous duty pump. I’ve had mine running no stop for 8 months with no issues as part or a automatic water change system.

**Q: Can you set the exact flow rate? Like is it possible to see what the actual flow rate is, or is adjusting the knob just an estimation?**
A: No, that is not possible
