Had a couple of replacement straps for my Charge 2 and this is by far the best. It actually feels more robust and solid than the original. Two of the replacements I've previously had were floppy and stretchy and typically the buckle on the straps wore out so the end of the straps flapped about. However this strap feels less rubbery and more stiff/robust. It also means that it sits well on your wrist rather than clinging to it. This one allows you to wear the fitbit slightly loser (if you like that feel) without it feeling like its dangling off your wrist. I get that at the end of the day its just a strap but I'm amazed at the difference in quality in some of the others I've tried. I am ordering another of these now in case they stop doing them. although i kind of feel like I shan't need it.

Perfectly good replacement wristbands. Click solidly into place and fit the watch well. BUT BE WARNED they are at least an inch shorter than the original band so if you were on the last 3 or 4 holes on your original band these are probably going to be too short for your wrist

Bought this because my husband's original Fitbit strap broke on one side. It is an exact match for the original, black Charge 2 strap - we can't tell the difference. So we just replaced the side that was broken and kept the other half of the new one as a spare. Very happy.

No idea what mobile app would come with a strap so ignore that rating.Good quality in general. Strap slider has broken on previous purchase of these after a few months but this time no issues. Strap itself is solid as a rock in terms of durability.

The shipping was extremely fast. It arrived way in advance to what was originally estimated. I have just put the bands on to my fitbit and it is a perfect fit. The band feels comfy - just like my original fitbit strap to be honest. The slate colour is the exact colour I wanted too. Excellent value for money so far!

Thought it would be good to purchase this pack of two however very very disappointed both broke at them clip part and altogether lasted 3 months. Do not bother they are a complete waste of money!

Bought these for my mum as she snapped hers. Decent quality and nice to have different colours. Not sure how long they will last. My mum has been using these for a month or so and good so far.

These are good straps and I particularly like the fact that my Fitbit works better with them than the previous straps - somehow the watch is kept at the right distance from my skin. Great.
