I wash my face with regular soap, then after drying, I lightly apply the MicroDermabrasion Cream all over my face, except under my eyes, and gently in circular motion work the cream into my skin. After I completely massage my entire face with the cream, I then rinse it off. I can see the difference right away as my whole face looks fresh, and totally clean. The Microdermabrasion Cream does not leave my skin red or irritated like other MicroDermabrasion Creams I have used. This one cleans and removes all old skin cells all underneath my top skin layer, and then after I rinse it off, has a clean glow and no more dead skin build up. I try to use a microdermabrasion scrub at least once a week. It used to be the only way I could get my skin to feel this good would be to visit my friend and get a facial. Sadly, she's not around anymore so I have to figure out how to get that same feeling on my own. So far, this scrub is working just as well as the more expensive scrubs I have used in the past. Just a little bit goes a long way so this 2 oz jar will last for quite awhile. I always test view facial products on my hand first. If it's a serum or moisturizer, I'll test on the back of my hand. However, with scrubs like this, I check it on the inside of my wrist. It seems these are the two areas that react as close to my face as I can get without testing my face first. My extremely sensitive skin has had no reaction except to feel oh so soft, smooth and refreshed. Sure beats an expensive trip to the spa or even the more expensive jars of facial scrub.
