Medical Cloud Air Side Sleeper Memory Foam Knee Pillow and Leg Positioner Cushion to Soothe Back, Leg and Hip Discomfort

My sister told me about this pillow. She has scoliosis and never got a full night sleep without pain waking her up. She bought one and the next morning she cried because she slept all night. So I bought one last year and started using it as a pillow to see if it relieved my neck pain. It does relieve my neck pain. I love it. Last week I injured my back and bought a second one to use as described between my legs. It has given me great support and better sleep. The cover is removable and can be washed.

I just recently had knee replacement surgery and the pillow helps my sleeping quite a bit. It keeps its shape and firmness and avoids extra pressure on my knee.

So far so good. The product is a little on the softer side (as mentioned by others), it also told a good 48 hours to fully “inflate”. Other than that, for me the me the air side sleeper is perfect! I’ve noted a different in my sleep and lower back and hips already, if anything changes I’ll update.

I had purchased this pillow because I sleep on my side and my knees are very bony--they will bruise each other if the knee caps are touching. I thought, okay, this will keep my knees from touching and then I won't have that issue. So, to be fair, it didn't work for that purpose--it held my knees apart but just wasn't tolerable, as far as my own comfort--but that's not what it's advertised to do. I can't say if it corrects your spinal alignment or any of that. But if I put it between my thighs at a point where it kept my knees from touching, it just...was not comfortable. At all. And I think there's a lot of variation in how much cushioning a person needs for this. If your hips are wider set, you probably need more cushioning...if your thighs are larger, you probably need less. The size of this just wasn't a good fit for me. If the foam were less firm, maybe it would have squished down to the right width, but I feel like for this sort of thing you do kind of want a firm foam... Basically, the combo of the firmness of the cushion and how many inches there are, built-in, in the narrow part that goes between your legs, didn't work for me. That's not to say it won't work for somebody else. I did really like that it has a removable, washable cover.

this is the third knee pillow I've ordered and it's a keeper! It could possibly be a little stiffer, but for me it's just fine – soft and I have no problem keeping it between my knees while I sleep.

The knee pillow is amazing. I sleep so much better.

I’m 6’1”, the size of this knee pillow is perfect. The claim that it stays cool is really a bogus claim. The overall functionality of the pillow is good.

This really helps me have a comfortable sleep. I sleep on my side and using this cushion helps support my back and hip alignment. It is super comfy.
