Works great and helps with my Allergy and Sinus but it says to take 1-3 cups a day. There is only 10 sachets in the box so it can be expensive. Other than that I am happy with this product. You can add it to your tea as well so I put it in peppermint tea. 4 stars for being a little pricey. I would buy it more often if it was cheaper or more in the box for the price.

Ya know when you've had too much Neocitrin in the past and this time around ya just want something different...well this works but it doesn't pack the punch.I like the taste but I love teas so easy sell. I think it was overpriced but when you're sick who cares, right?This isn't the best but not garbage at all. I felt better just breathing the tea in before drinking. Again not a Neocitrin knock you out replacement while all the arrows work around your body as you sleep fighting the whatever...but it is soothing, all natural, coats the stomach and calming.
