I got this for my daughter on her birthday for the New Year. They were the best we ever had. Very fresh and a wonderful variety. The most memorable gift! And so beautiful!

This is the loveliest presentation I have ever seen for any box of mooncakes. We have not eaten any yet, but I am confident they will be wonderful. Honestly, the photo does not do this product justice. The box is so lovely it will be used to store special items.

So when I originally purchased this I have to admit that 1. I didn't notice it was low sugar and 2. hadn't read the reviews. I really just bought I saw it had 4/5 stars, the mooncakes looked pretty and the flavors were interesting and different from others I've tried in the past.When I got the notification from Amazon saying it had shipped is when I finally went back and looked over those details. So I got concerned when I saw one of the reviews on here saying it tasted terrible and how "they weren't kidding when they said it's low sugar." Or whatever the exact words were.But after having tried a few of the mooncakes, I have to say I'm very happy with them. While they are less sweet than other mooncakes I've tried, they are def still sweet and perfectly enjoyable as a dessert. So as long as you're not expecting an intense sweetness (think candy-bar level), you should find this enjoyable.So far I've tried the pandan and the red bean mooncakes. I was also a bit worried about the red bean since it has rose water and that can be a bit overpowering and perfumy when overused. But the flavor was subtle enough to be enjoyable but strong enough that you could def tell it's present. So yeah, I'm happy with the mooncakes and I'm very excited to try out the rest of the flavors.

Taste is the most import aspect of food, so are mooncakes. The Moon-Star Lava Custard Moon Cake are quite yummy and mouthwatering. The name, ‘Lava', does not mean the mooncake is hot or spicy, instead, it denotes the stuffing of the mooncake is as fluid as lava. I should have a picture attached here. However, because it is too delicious to stop for the second bite.Moreover, the red color of the package symbolizes festive atmosphere, and the Chinese character characterized in writing brush implies the meaning of union. The Mid-Autumn festival is coming, and I am gonna buy one or two more boxes of the mooncakes, as well as another kind of mooncake from the same seller. Even if you do not care about the festival, the mooncakes are appropriately served as dessert during your high tea.

It came in a very beautiful box Everything prescribes as it taste delicious. I like it cuz is not too sweet.

The melting soft yolk has a special taste! Will definitely buy it again for the Mid-Autumn Festival next year!

They lived up to their low-sugar ad all right. And the packaging is very elegant,ideal for gifts. But the mooncakes themselves tasted yucky. Flavors are similar to that of medicinal oils. Well there is one that was edible (the middle lotus seed one with yolks) I dont think the $60 is for mooncakes but maybe its for the packaging?I regret this purchased.
