Sorry to say I was a little disappointed with these
Sorry to say I was a little disappointed with these. Some of the rings were just fine, but some of them had a bitter taste. They also left my mouth feeling greasy. I will not be ordering them again.

Great product
Great gluten free alternative for green bean casserole. My family all eat gluten and didn't notice the difference. I loved it! There was a little less than I expected, so next time I would order two. However, I was feeding a large crowd.

Not crispy. I was sent a replacement, but it was still not as expected... More chewy than crispy.

Great Onion Flavor
Those who like to eat Raw food and non gmo and without other nasty preservatives, this is the thing for you. These onions are very crispy and full of flavor I put them over a fresh salad for that crispiness and flavor. They are a bit pricey. But well worth it if you love raw foods.

Not onion rings
The first thing to understand about why you shouldn't order this item is that for $2 to $3 you can get an entire bag of onions at the grocery store. For the $7 they're charging you, you get a tiny bag that's filled up about 1/4th of the way and no more than an inch wide. There's literally about 2 - 3 handfuls in these bags. You can easily eat them in one sitting. The second thing to understand is that by the time you get the bag, there are no onion rings left. They're paper-thin and break rather easily. What's left is tiny little chips of what used to be onion rings, which makes for an unpleasant eating experience (I ended up putting the crunched up pieces into guacamole).Overall, I think these are a rip-off. They're overpriced and do not taste that great at all. They're certainly true to keeping everything organic and what not but ultimately they're just not that good and way overpriced. If I wanted something like this again I'd get a bag of onions at the store, slice them and put them in my dehydrator and season to taste -- for about 1/100th the cost.

Bold and adventurous, the optimal onion experience!
This is the strongest onion-tasting onion-based thing I've ever eaten! I thought I had a cast-iron stomach and tastebuds that had experienced it all - that was true, until I opened a bag of these delectable morsels.Onion? You say you want onion?? Woo hoo! You can't get any more onion flavor than these! One small ring packs the punch of a large Vidalia. Two rings will wallop you more than a giant spanish onion - the kind you get for 50 cents a pound. When it comes to the onion experience, this is the optimal.$7 is a lot for 2 ounces appears pricey on the surface ... EXCEPT you couldn't eat a whole bag of these in an afternoon ... probably not in a whole day. You will get a lot of snacking experiences from only one bag. Think of these as the caviar of the snack world. A jar of caviar is mighty expensive, until you figure out how many servings you really get. Same here. All in all, these things are dirt cheap. And they're crispy and crunchy. Ten seconds of crunch leads to a half an hour of mouth taste. Wow.I normally eschew organic foods. As I tell my daughter, "Organic means it's got bugs in it." But for these I make an exception. This is one snack upon which both soft organic vegetarians and hormone-injected-meat munching neanderthals can agree.
